Those aren't richochets, its splatter, like in WW1 inside the early tanks, but I don't know if its clear enough tbh.

This comic is almost late because I was busy having all my wisdom teeth removed, but BMB made sure you still got some Kranburn! :-D

What do you mean splatter? Blood splatter? Or is that a term for bullet fragmentation?

Spall I believe he means spall. Look it up on WIKI.
However is she shooting into the slit or at the armor?

Bullet splatter is also a correct term. Spall and the act of spallation when the bullet strikes an object are the technical terms. However most folks on the interwebs would have see "spall" and probably thought "sprawl". Good on ya BMB for trying to keep it simple for the urine soaked masses of the Internet lol
